ZoHome is a property management consulting firm based in Rabat, Morocco. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit our website (zohome) or use our services.

What we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you book a call or contact us — typically your name, email, phone number, and any details about your property. We also collect basic technical data automatically (browser type, IP address, pages visited) for analytics and security purposes.

How we use your data

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, schedule consultations, manage our services, and improve our website. We do not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances.

Cookies and tracking

Our site uses essential cookies for navigation. The contact page embeds Calendly (for booking) which sets its own cookies — Calendly's cookie consent banner appears the first time you open the booking widget, allowing you to manage those preferences. We may also use privacy-friendly analytics (e.g., Cloudflare Web Analytics) which does not track individual users or use cookies.

Third-party services

We rely on a small set of third-party tools: Calendly (scheduling), WhatsApp (messaging), our email provider, and our hosting platform (Cloudflare). Each of these has its own privacy policy. By using the relevant feature on our site, you also agree to that provider's terms.

How long we keep data

We keep contact information for as long as we have an active relationship with you, plus the period required by Moroccan law (typically up to 5 years for tax / commercial purposes). After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Under Moroccan Law 09-08 on data protection (and EU GDPR where applicable), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. Contact us at the email below to exercise any of these rights.
