  • We start with a free audit — we look at your property, your goals, and your time horizon, and recommend the model that fits. No commitment.

  • Apartments, riads, villas, and holiday homes. From a one-bedroom in Anfa to a six-bedroom riad in the Médina.

  • Across Morocco. Our team is based in Rabat, with operational partners in Casablanca, Marrakech, Tangier, Fez, and Agadir.

  • Depends on the model. Complete Management and Revenue Optimization are commission-based. Guaranteed Rental is a fixed contract. Cleaning & Hosting is per stay or monthly.

  • No. Most of our owners are based abroad. We handle everything on the ground, send monthly statements, and you can be involved as little or as much as you want.

  • Every booking we accept goes through identity verification and platform-side damage protection. For owners on Complete Management or Guaranteed Rental, we additionally hold a security deposit per stay and handle any claim or repair end-to-end.

  • Yes. Routine maintenance (deep cleans, linen, consumables) is built into Complete Management and Cleaning & Hosting. For larger work — plumbing, AC, structural — we coordinate certified trades and bill at cost with full reporting.

  • We work primarily with verified guests on Airbnb, Booking, and Expedia, and add a second-layer check for stays longer than seven nights or groups over four. We can also restrict to specific guest profiles if you prefer.

  • Complete Management and Cleaning & Hosting are rolling agreements — you can stop with 30 days notice. Guaranteed Rental and Revenue Optimization have defined terms, but early exit is always negotiable.

  • French, English, and Arabic. Guests can be hosted in any of the three.

  • Initial audit within 48 hours. From signing, your property is typically live and accepting bookings in 1–2 weeks.

  • A commission is taken from revenue generated. No revenue, no fee.
